SHIPPING + FULFILLMENT

Shipping costs vary based on product size and weight.

For Goods + Wearables, shipping is calculated and shown in your cart at checkout.

For original artwork, shipping rates depend on size and destination. Please reach out to us at hello@michelvandevender.com for a custom quote. Local pickup is also available by arrangement.

Online orders are processed and shipped once a week, unless otherwise communicated. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information so you can begin the merry countdown.

We use a variety of trusted carriers and package every order thoughtfully and with care, because how your work arrives matters just as much as what arrives.

At this time, we ship within the United States only. If you’re interested in international shipping, feel free to reach out before purchasing to inquire about availability.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Please note ALL SALES OF ORIGINAL ART, GOODS + WEARABLES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

If an item arrives damaged during shipping, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you. We kindly ask that you open and inspect your order promptly upon receipt.

In the event of shipping damage, documentation will be required for insurance purposes, including photos of the compromised packaging and the item itself. Once reviewed, we’ll work with you to determine the appropriate next steps.

Please note that exchanges are not offered.

The Wearables Denim Collection features sourced vintage and upcycled jeans. As with all vintage clothing, natural wear and variation are part of the character of each piece. Measurements are provided in each product description, along with a size guide on the Wearables page that outlines how and where denim is measured.

All artwork, imagery and written content on this site is the original work of Michel Van Devender and is protected by copyright.

The purchase of an original artwork, print or wearable grants the collector ownership of the physical piece only. All copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

This means that purchased work may be enjoyed, displayed and lived with in personal or professional spaces, but may not be reproduced, resold as prints, used commercially or incorporated into branding, publications or digital products without prior written permission.

CARE + HANDLING

Original artwork is best enjoyed when handled with care.

Works on paper are recommended to be framed behind glass or acrylic and all pieces should be kept out of prolonged direct sunlight, excessive moisture or extreme temperature changes. For canvas works, gentle dusting with a soft, dry cloth is usually sufficient.
